 How long does it take me to receive my order? 

  • Because all orders are hand made and made to order, orders take 7-14 business days (this does not include weekends, federal holidays or personal holidays) to be fulfilled. Depending on when in the week your order is placed, your order can possibly fall into next week's shipment. Shipping (unless you pay for rush shipping) takes an additional 1-3 days. 
What if I am allergic to an ingredient in a product I would like to order?
  • All ingredients are listed for all of our products. We encourage you to read ALL the ingredients associated with each product and take into account your allergies. We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies/sensitivities. 

 Can I receive a refund or cancel my order?

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not distribute refunds or accept cancellations of any kind.
How long does it take to see results?
  • Though our products are catered to specific skin types/ conditions, results will vary from person to person, but with consistent use you should see results within 2-3 weeks.
Are you really an organic/vegan company?
  • YES! all ingredients are organic and plant based.
Are your products safe for children?
  • Yes. All of our ingredients are safe, natural, and GMO free. Our products are made with love and intention and are safe for all ages and skin types.
What is the shelf life of the products?
  • Due to our promise to provide natural products, we do not use heavy preservatives in our products. Most products have a shelf life of 6 months if stored properly. Face masks have a shelf life of about 4 weeks, or longer if refrigerated.

Will I get refunded if my product goes rancid after receiving it?

  • It is imperative to read ALL care instructions for how to properly store your product once it is in your care. Due to our no refund policy, we will not provide refunds for products that have gone rancid after being in the customer's care.
Will I receive a refund for a lost package?
  • Once an order is shipped off, it is no longer the responsibility of BareNine and any orders lost/misplaced in transit will not be refunded.
I entered the wrong address, can I make changes to my order?
  • Once an order is submitted through the online store, unfortunately it cannot be changed. If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, you will be invoiced the reshipping fee cost and your order will be resent. All invoices are to be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice before your order is cancelled. It is very important that you double check your information before submitting. 
I want to cancel my order, can I receive a refund?
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, and the cost of stocking, we do not accept cancellations to orders, and we do not distribute refunds. 
What if my product(s) come to me damaged?
  • All products are wrapped in extra protection to ensure safe delivery, however, in the event that your product comes damaged, please email barenineholistics@gmail.com with proof of damaged product and a new product will be shipped to you at no cost.
What are your business hours?
  • M-F 9-5pm. All emails, messages and calls will receive a response within 24 hours. 

Where are your product ingredients sourced from?

  • We pride ourselves on using only the finest natural, plant based ingredients we can to make our products. Thorough research is conducted before choosing a vendor. Currently all our products are sourced in the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
  • Shipping fees are based on delivery location and the total weight of your items. We currently ship with USPS and UPS using a flat rate based on USPS/UPS rates.

What if something is missing out of my package?

  • All orders contain invoices that are checked and signed by the owner. Orders are not sent off without signatures! A picture of your invoice will be requested. All invoices with signatures remain in fulfilled standing and will not be replaced or refunded.
