Are you really an organic/all natural company?

  • YES! We only use plant based butters oils, extracts + herbs in our products. (See Ingredient Glossary).

What is the shelf life of the products?

Due to our promise to provide natural products, we do not use heavy preservatives in our products. Most products have a shelf life of 6-12 months if stored properly. 

Do you offer pickup for local customers?

Yes. We offer select products at Community Groceries in Kansas City, MO.

I want to cancel my order, can I receive a refund?

Orders cancelled within 3 days will receive a full refund. Orders already shipped out will not receive a refund.

What if I need to modify an order I already placed?

Unfortunately once orders are placed, we are unable to modify them. We apologize.

Are your products safe for children/teens?

Yes! Our products are safe for your Bare Cubs, with discretion. All of our ingredients are safe, natural, and GMO free. Our products are made with love and intention and are safe for all ages and skin types.

How long does it take to see results?

Healing results will vary from person to person and product to product. However, with consistent use you should see results within 2-3 weeks.

Why does my product look different?

All products are handmade and subject to changes. We do our very best to ensure products are made with the same love and care in each batch.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Because all orders are hand made and made to order, orders take 7-10 business days (this does not include weekends, federal holidays or personal holidays) to be fulfilled. Orders ship out weekly. 

Can I change my delivery address?

Orders are pulled within 3 days. We can not guarantee that we will be able to make the change in time. Please email with your Name, Order #, and Correct Address ASAP.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping notification to the email on file once order is complete. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become available.

My order delivered but I never received it. Will I receive a refund?

Orders marked as delivered (I.e lost packages) will not receive refunds. Please contact your local carrier for more information. Orders never received and never delivered will receive a full order refund minus the cost of shipping.

My product(s) was delivered damaged. Will I receive a refund?

All products are wrapped in extra protection to ensure safe delivery, however, in the event that your product comes damaged, please email with proof of damaged product and a new product will be shipped to you at no cost.
